People’s Blues of Richmond brought their powerful and energetic show to Charlottesville, VA over the weekend. After coming off a packed summer schedule sharing the bill with huge acts such as ZZ Top and playing major venues like Red Rocks, it isn’t hard to see why they create the buzz they do when they come to town. They along side another Richmond, VA great, The Trongone Band played two killer encore’s of The Rolling Stone’s Jumpin Jack Flash and Rage Against the Machine’s Killing In The Name.
